What should I wear?

Your regular sports clothes will be fine – leggings, joggers, a t-shirt. We’d recommend fitted clothing so it doesn’t get in the way, but please wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Please make sure none of your clothes has zippers or buttons as your training partner could get hurt. For the same reason, please leave any jewellery at home, or take it off before the class starts.

Can I get changed at the gym?

Yes, we have changing rooms available as well as shower facilities, if you wanted to shower after the class.
